This week has been full of Chinese New year celebrations.
We have had lots of messy play activities exploring rice, noodles and creating their own Chinese lanterns & envelopes.
Chinese food tasting at snack time with a chance to taste a variety of different Chinese food textures: noodles, rice, lychees, prawn crackers and sweet & sour sauce.
The children have made some fortune cookies to take home and share their own messages with family members.
