Leon Rogers
Bank Staff
My name is Leon, I’ve worked with children since 2014 and I am a proud father to my little boy, who is my absolute world. I started as an apprentice at my first nursery and continued to gain experience and knowledge whilst building my career at other settings. I went on to complete my NVQ2 and my NVQ3 in childcare and education.
I started working at our sister setting; Happy Hares, as of October 2021 and I am supporting Lovacott nursery. I look forward to continuing this at such a lovely homely setting.

Britney Parkhouse
NVQ 2
I have always had a passion with working with children. I chose GCSE childcare at School and from then on, I’ve had amazing Experiences in different School’s and Early Years settings. I continued my learning through attending college and achieving my Level 2 certificate in childcare.
I enjoy helping children to achieve their learning goals, watching them grow and develop through engagement of different activities. I particularly enjoy small group times and 1-1 sessions focusing on areas they struggle with.

Alice Burnside
Early Years
I am currently studying my level 3 diploma for the early years workforce, this is something I have always wanted to do since leaving school and now that my children are a bit older I have the opportunity to get it done!
I enjoy working with children with additional needs and love to see them reach their goals and grow into the fantastic little people they are.
When I’m not at work I’m either enjoying spending time with my 2 wonderful children or on the farm milking cows!
