We are very excited to say that Kate, the manager at Lovacott is the employee of the month for April. Kate is totally committed to her role and goes above and beyond for the children, families and staff in her care. She often puts herself before others and manages to stay calm during challenging times.
Always positive by nature; she inspires her team to be the best versions of themselves and has moulded an amazing team of practitioners who are not only committed to their roles; they are also always striving to improve their practice under Kate’s guidance and care.
Kate herself is always keen to learn and frequently attends online training, webinars and courses to ensure she keeps up to date with her own professional development as well as setting a great example to others both at Lovacott and Happy Hares.
She is a very well-organized manager who has extensive knowledge of the curriculum, policies and current issues within the sector. She is also an experienced practitioner who thoroughly engages and excites the children by knowing them so well.
She has strong relationships with the parents and carers in the setting and is always kind, caring and compassionate to both colleagues, children and families alike.
