This week in nursery we have started our new topic of “Under the Sea”. Very appropriate now it’s getting hot and we all want to be at the seaside!!
Big Hares have been having lots of practice with their scissor skills in preparation for moving to “Big School” cutting out different creatures. We have learnt about different features of the different creatures through books and understanding what a search engine is (google!) to look at different types of sharks, crabs etc. We have also been practising our number recognition by counting under water creatures and matching to the correct numeral.
