Alison Argall
We are excited to say that our employee of the month for October is our
lovely pre-school leader, Alison.
Alison excels at being front of house at Happy Hares and is always
extremely well organised as well as having an amazing ability to create
calming environment whenever needed.
As well as being extremely flexible and a great team player; she is also a
talented and experienced pre-school teacher. In addition to this; she great
at supporting the toddlers and happily covers in Little Hares when needed
when she is affectionately known as the ‘Baby Whisperer”.
Not only does she make a real commitment to nurturing the children in
her care but she is also very supportive, kind and caring friend to other
members of staff.
