ANDREA CLARKE
The lovely Andrea has been with us for a whole year at the end of this month; during that time she has made a really positive impact on practice within the setting and has proved herself as an invaluable member of the team.
Andrea is very passionate about childcare and has formed strong relationships with the children and families with whom she works.
She plans very creative activities for the children; spending a lot of time on small details to ensure that she engages the children; this inspires and motivates the other members in the team.
Andrea is also always very flexible in the work place; this is very much appreciated.
