Alice Burnside
Alice has settled smoothly into life at Lovacott Nursery since she started there in September 2023 (after previously having work experience at Happy Hares). She has become a valued member of the team, is keen to learn, has a great work ethic and is always extremely flexible.
She contributes well to everyday routines and the smooth running of the nursery as well as also using her initiative and supporting other members of staff when needed or appropriate. She has established strong bonds with the children in her care and enjoys introducing new and exciting ideas in their play which the children love.
Alongside this Alice has been busy working on an NVQ 3 Childcare qualification which she hopes to complete very soon.
